Order Tracking

  • It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure timely receipt of the package.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, MUSEHOUSE is no longer responsible for the package.
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
  • All shipping inquiries, claims, or issues must be directed to the carrier using your tracking information.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
  • MUSEHOUSE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivered Packages

  • If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. 
  • Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Internation Orders

  • International shipping may be offered at our discretion.
  • MUSEHOUSE is not responsible for custom delays, duties, taxes, or import fees.
