RETURNS

- IN PRISTINE CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ATTATCHED
- Approved refunds will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your return has been received and inspected.
MUSEHOUSE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are accepted based on item availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued
FINAL SALE ITEMS
- All sale, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Select items such as intimates, bodysuits and accessories are also final sale.
RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
