RETURNS

    • UNALTERED
    • IN PRISTINE CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ATTATCHED
  • Approved refunds will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your return has been received and inspected.

MUSEHOUSE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are accepted based on item availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued

FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • All sale, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Select items such as intimates, bodysuits and accessories are also final sale.

RETURN SHIPPING
